Hi, and welcome to Pet Paparazzi! My name is Lena Lewis. Ever since i was a little girl I have always loved dogs, all animals really. My passion and love of animals led me to South Staffordshire College, where i studied Animal Care for 1 year and then Animal Management for a further 2 years. Under those two courses were so many different modules each relating to different aspects of the animal world.

Plus so much more. This love and passion paved the way to becoming a pet photographer, with that and a combined love of capturing memories. I founded Pet Paparazzi in 2020, when times were hard, gloomy and uncertain. 4 years later i have developed more knowledge, patience and skills to specialise in working with Dogs and other pets we call family.

I started my pet photography journey when there was little knowledge us pet photographers existed, it was the perfect opportunity to combine the two things i enjoy most, as i feel photographs are so important, you may not remember every significant moment in your life forever, but the way i see it, photographs are memories, they hold those timeless moments. Being able to use all of my skills and passion to give pet owners stunning portraits of their beloved pets fills my heart with joy.

I would describe my photography style as soft, dreamy and mesmerising. Using each location in such away to create stunning scenic landscapes which include your dog or even a horse in a way you've never seen before, to close up detailed portraits of your pets to warm your heart and everything in between.

I am a multi award-winning professional pet photographer, in 2024 i achieved runner up in the Image of the Year competition with The Guild of Professional Photographers out of over 10,000 entries. I was also awarded the title of Top 10 International Pet Photographer of the Year 2024, and i was a finalist in the Animal Star Awards in 2024. The quality that I produce is of award-winning excellence and you can trust that i will capture 'pawfect' photos, combined with stunning bespoke artwork, you can be sure that you'll walk away from your pet photography experience with photos you would proudly hang on the walls of your home. I have also been published in the Cumbria Guide, and the local newspapers several times. [News&Star and Times&Star]

Over the past 4 years, i have photographed dogs of all shapes and sizes, nervous and anxious dogs, deaf or blind dogs and so on. I have the patience, determination and understanding to know how to work with each individual dog. You can expect your sessions to be fun and full of laughter, exciting, and most of all relaxed. I have also had the pleasure of working with cats, horses and small creatures too!

My slogan for Pet Paparazzi is, "Here Fur the Memories", because that is exactly why i set out to become a pet photographer.
